DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation Technician installs audio, video, video-teleconference, control, and lighting systems. The job responsibilities include: pulling wire, harness racks, patch bays and consoles, erecting and disassembling scaffolding, installing equipment, testing and trouble-shooting wiring and equipment. Previous experience with construction, electronics, and an ability to work at heights, on lifts and ladders, and prior experience working with power tools is required. Solid leadership, good communication skills and the ability to travel, as well as high standards for personal integrity, work ethics, professional presentation and quality work are a must. The successful candidate is driven by quality customer service and is seeking a long-term employment opportunity. Candidate must also be able to obtain a SECRET level clearance. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to travel extensively Prior experience with construction and/or installation Experience with audio, video and/or lighting systems Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools Basic electronics knowledge or training Associates Degree in Electronics preferred Prior Military experience is a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic PC skills Clean driving record Must be able to obtain U.S Government SECRET level clearance Must pass drug test and background check Azbell Electronics offers competitive salary and excellent benefits Salary commensurate with experience (DOE) Send resume to: hr@azbellelectronics.com |
